A real estate investment company is looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager in Singapore to work closely with the Vice President, Investor Relations.

This is a hybrid role which requires both Communications and Investor Relations to maintain a strong corporate narrative to engage the retail investor community. You will work with a good management team, who are very supportive and provide the flexibility to be creative. Most of the company’s invested assets are based in Singapore, which offers the opportunity to join portfolio management team meetings and get first hand info and a deeper understanding into the business.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the team, across Investor Relations, Communications and administrative tasks. This may include:

• Coordinate and support the annual report and sustainability report production process, including engagement of external consultants, managing various internal departments to provide required information for the reports
• Assist in the quarterly and yearly results announcements, such as investor presentation, press release, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups
• Curate content to enhance the Company’s profiling through media releases, announcements, corporate website, social media platforms and other communication materials
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as research analysts, investment community, as well as media
• Organise and plan investor outreach including results briefings and site tours, conferences roadshows, and networking events
• Assist in sustainability reporting and initiatives such as GRESB etc.
• Monitor industry news and provide market intelligence to Management

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience in investor relations with a listed company, with some in the REIT or real estate an advantage
• Degree in Communications, Business or related discipline
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively
